Documentary on Iran Oscar winning ‘The Salesman’ has premiered in Iranian capital city of Tehran.
The doc titled ‘About the Salesman’ with a focus on Asghar Farhadi unspooled Friday in a Tehran cinema.
Co-directed by Vahid Sedaqat and Tahmineh Monzavi, the documentary will also be screened at other select movie theaters in the country.
‘About the Salesman’ features behind-the-scenes of Farhadi’s film as well as what the auteur and the well-known Iranian and international critics say of the Oscar grabber.
'The Salesman' tells the story of a young couple named Emad (Shahab Hosseini) and Rana (Taraneh Alidoosti) who move into a new flat in the center of Tehran. But an incident linked to the previous tenant dramatically changes their life.
